Requests all over the place
Requests come in by email. Sometimes there's a PDF attached, sometimes an Excel file, sometimes just two lines.
It reads the request that lands in your inbox, matches the route and the rates, then drafts the quote and sends it to your customer. It works from your own rate sheet, and no quote goes out until you approve it.
Your process is probably fine. The trouble is that every step goes through someone's hands. While that person is busy, the request waits, the quote waits, the customer waits.
Requests come in by email. Sometimes there's a PDF attached, sometimes an Excel file, sometimes just two lines.
For every request we find the lane, open the rate sheet and pull the line items out by hand.
We write the quote email from scratch every single time.
On a busy day the quote goes into the queue and the customer waits.
The agent turns an emailed request into a quote. Here is what it does at each stage.
Every request that arrives by email lands in one place. The agent reads the type of cargo, the origin and destination, the dimensions and the date from the email and its attachments. If something is missing it asks the customer, and the request doesn't move on until it is complete.
The agent matches the request to the lanes you work, picks the right route and finds the valid price on your rate sheet. The price is calculated straight from your rate sheet, so there is no guessing and no rounding at this stage. Surcharges and validity dates come from your rate sheet too.
The agent writes the quote email in your template and in your voice. The draft goes to your team first. It reaches the customer once you approve it, and nothing goes out before that.
An off-the-shelf tool knows nothing about your rates, your lanes or the way you write. We set the agent up with all of that, so you don't have to build anything.
The approval points are there from the first day of the setup.
It speaks only from your data. When the information isn't there, it says so and hands the matter to your team.
AI steps in only where it is needed. Sensitive steps like pricing, sending email and scheduling run exactly on your rules, with no room for guessing.
Steps like sending a quote to the customer, changing a price or writing a record into your system wait for your approval. During the setup we decide together which steps go to approval.
If something unexpected happens it stops the job and tells your team. It won't quietly do the wrong thing. We watch the system, so we usually see the problem before you do.
The agent comes ready-made, so all that's left is the part that belongs to you.
We go through your request and quote flow together and decide what the agent takes over.
We fit the agent to your process. The rules, the approval points and the systems we'll connect become clear.
We load your rates and your lanes, then connect the agent to your systems.
We test it on real requests in a limited scope and fine-tune it.
We take it live at full scope. Monitoring and improvement stay with us afterwards.
If the answer isn't here, write to us. We reply within 24 hours.
Ask for a live demoThe agent comes ready-made. Collecting requests, matching route and rates and sending the quote work the same way at every forwarder, so that part arrives built. What's yours is the setup: your rates, your lanes, your quote template and your voice.
Beta means this: the agent works, and it keeps maturing with the first setups.
Not unless you want it to. By default the quote goes to your team for approval first. During the setup we decide together which steps go to approval and which ones run on their own.
No. We connect to your email, your rate files and your operations software as they are, and the agent reads from them and writes back to them. You won't have to install a new system. For following and approving quotes we give you a separate panel.
In most cases, yes. If there is an API we connect to it directly. If there isn't, we use whatever is available: the database, a file export or the emails the system sends. If no way in exists at all, we tell you at discovery and we don't start the build.
Discovery, design, build, pilot and live. It usually starts working within 4–6 weeks. The agent comes ready-made, so most of that time goes into the parts that belong to you.
No setup fee. You pay a single amount each month. Running the system, watching it, improving it and support are all in there. We give you the amount in writing before the setup, and we don't change it as long as the scope stays the same.
Let us show you the agent live, running on your requests and your rate sheet.
