This policy explains how we process your personal data when you visit the site, use the demo request form or book a demo appointment from the calendar.

- If you book a demo appointment: name, company name, email, phone (if you gave one), the date and time you chose and your appointment note

Data sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal data. Your data is shared only with the service providers that run the operation:
- Netlify (site hosting and form delivery)
- ClickUp (recording and following form and appointment requests)
- Google (Google Workspace, Calendar and Meet): when you book a demo appointment, the calendar record is created in Google Calendar, the invitation is sent to your email by Google and the meeting is held over Google Meet
- Google Analytics and LinkedIn (only if you gave cookie consent, for measurement)
Transfers abroad
The servers of our service providers may be inside or outside the EU. For transfers outside the EU we apply the safeguards required by GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.
Your rights
Under GDPR, and under KVKK (Turkish data protection law) for our visitors in Turkey, you have the following rights:

Retention period
The data you send through the form is kept for as long as it takes to resolve your request and run a possible business relationship. It is deleted once that purpose no longer applies.
The calendar record of the demo appointment stays in our company calendar together with the participant details. If you want it deleted, write to us at the address below.
