Agents and automations
built for your process.

Your industry doesn't matter. We work out with you which jobs still run by hand, build the agents and automations around them, and connect everything to the systems you already use. Every piece of work we have delivered so far started this way.

01Scope

Which jobs does it take over?

The ones your team runs by hand every day, the ones that eat the hours. Hand those over and your team gets back to the real work, mistakes drop and the customer doesn't wait.

01

Repetitive work

We're answering the same question for the 50th time.

A step that repeats the same way every day is the first one to hand over.

02

Work you can write a rule for

Data entry, corrections and follow-ups are all manual, and mistakes slip through.

If you can write the rule in one sentence, you can hand over the doing. The automation runs the check, the decision stays with you.

03

Moving data between systems

We're the ones carrying data from one system to the other.

When a record created in one system has a counterpart in another, the automation does the carrying.

04

Talking to customers and your team

The customer is waiting and we can't keep up.

A message that arrives after hours, a notification everyone forgets, a round of confirmations done by hand. The agent takes over the writing and records the outcome in your system.

02Building blocks

Two building blocks: agents and automations.

Work that needs judgment goes to an agent, work with clear rules goes to an automation. At discovery we decide together which job goes where.

Work that needs judgment

Agents

It works with free-form input: a message, an email, a document. It understands what is being asked, looks up the data it needs and does the job. If the work calls for talking to your customer or your team, it handles that too, and where it can't be sure it asks your team.

Input
Free text, email, documents
Interaction
With the customer or your team when needed
Boundary
Asks your team when it isn't sure
  • It moves only on your data, and says so when it doesn't know.
  • It works with your rules and in your voice.
  • Anything outside its scope goes to your team.
Work with clear rules

Automations

When a defined event happens in your systems, it runs the steps you set out. It doesn't interpret, it applies the rule. It works in the background and logs every action it takes.

Trigger
A defined event in your system
Run
In the background, on its own
Boundary
Flags work that falls outside the rule and leaves it to your team
  • It runs only on the events you define.
  • It doesn't step outside the rule.
  • You can go back and see every action it took.
03Connections

How do we connect to the systems you have?

You don't change the tools you use. Your daily work keeps running in today's systems and we connect to them from the outside.

API
If there is an API we connect straight to it. That is the cleanest way.
Database
With no API we read and write through the database.
File
If you can get an export, we work from the file.
Email
If none of those exist, we read the emails the system sends.
04Process

From discovery to live: 4–6 weeks.

The order never changes. You know what happens at every step before it happens.

01

Discovery

We go through your process together and decide which jobs get handed over.

02

Design

For each job we define whether it is an agent or an automation, and which step needs approval.

03

Build

We build the agents and the automations, then connect them to your systems.

04

Pilot

We test them on real work in a limited scope and fine-tune them.

05

Live

We take them live at full scope. Monitoring and improvement stay with us afterwards.

Tell us about your process.

Describe the work you do by hand and we'll see together whether it can be handed over.
